We do our best to GUESSTIMATE the size of our puppies, it’s pretty complicated. Genetics play a huge roll in this and is a guessing game at most. But we have to have some guideline: average weight of puppy add both parents weight then divide by 2, some of the pups will get a little bigger some smaller. This is just a general rule of thumb. Breeding rights will be considered if I have a breeding quality puppy.

• We are a small in home breeder, and currently do not take visitors to our home. You will pick up your puppy from our home, we are now in the process of building a grooming / office/ pickup area. Thanks hoping to have this finished by October / November 2019.

We can not guarantee the color or size of puppies. We strive to produce healthy, happy puppies with wonderful temperaments.

We produce a limited number of puppies a year and try our best to estimate breeding and due dates. There is never a guarantee as to when our females come in season or give birth. We DO guarantee a healthy, well-adjusted puppy! There are also occasions where a breeding does not produce a litter or results in a smaller litter than expected. These are circumstances that are beyond our control so please be aware there can be a bit of a wait for a puppy especially if you are looking for a particular color or gender. Please make sure you are aware and committed to the waiting period for a puppy before leaving a deposit. As the breeder, we reserve the right to hold back puppies from any litter regardless of names on the waiting list. Thank you for understanding.
As puppies are selected, we remove families from the list, and those remaining will move up. We have litters planned through the year. No registered papers for mix breed puppies.Please visit our puppy application page to start the adoption progress! We recommend PetPlan - Pet Insurance 1-866-467-3875, 30 day free trail but any pet insurance is fine, as long as you have it. Thank you!

For the health of our pups and due to the fact we are a small, in-home breeder and do NOT have a kennel facility - we currently do not accept visitors to our home. We hope to build a office for our visitors in the future, until then, we hope you understand. Thank you!
